i've lived in Manila all my life. studied exclusively in Manila Schools: De La Salle, the University of Santo Tomas, and ummm, Ateneo de Manila. I often drink in Malate, food trip in Binondo, and obsessively hunt for DVDs in Quiapo. I'm forever wed to this City. For better or for worse...

Where is this, where is this!???
Looks like prichon is similar to the English version of Peking Duck- Crispy Duck (shredded crispy duck served with spring onions,cucumber and hoi sin sauce wrapped in a pancake). I miss lechon and would like to try prichon.
