Our Lady of the ROTATION

I spotted this Virgin in one of the "Scout" streets
that intersect Tomas Morato.

This photograph taken from a cellphone camera
in a moving car,
doesn't do the image justice;
it looks much much better than Our Lady of EDSA.


I'm really curious to find out more about this
"Revolving Virgin Mary".

Anyone out there know who had this built,
and why it rotates???
