PRUNE CAKE for Kuya Joey's 40th Birthday!

Thanks to a post in the PinoyFrugalChowhound yahoogroup
about the excellent Prune Cake
that used to be available at Window's Cafe in Malate,


I bugged the Expert Baker known as my MOM
to bake one to celebrate
my brother Joey's milestone 40th birthday.


Before I knew what was happening,
my sister Tins had slashed off a fourth of the cake,
ostensibly,
for her "baon".

yeahh, right!!!

This is one of the moistest,
chunkiest, fruitiest cakes ever.



I'm trying to convince Mom
to start offering this to the public soon.
