Sec. Gonzales to the Hultman Family : "MAGHABOL NA LANG KAYO SA LANGIT"

*** update ***

In today's issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer,
Injustice Sec. Raul Gonzales is now calling the Hultmans:

"HYPOCRITES"

Someone put that guy out of his misery; he needs a Hitman.

OMG.

Someone send Sec. Gonzales to heaven.
Or better yet, straight to hell;
He's useless on this earth.

And he's also useless when it comes to arithmetic,
just like his boss, the President:

"Those four years that he was in jail in Makati
is already counted in his favor in the computation of the time served,
so he has served for more than 21 years.

When the President made the computation,
she considered the time served already,
so what was commuted was the remainder of what he should have served.

The net effect there would be that he has already served his full term."

Now will someone tell me how the hell they were able
to squeeze in 21 years in between 1991 to 2008?

Full-term, you say?
Isn't RECLUSION PERPETUA set at 40 Years?!??!

These pinheads also equate acceptance of damages,
which the courts mandate for the victims,
as forgiveness and bygones:

let's hear from Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita:

"...a total of P6.964 million in cash was given to the Hultmans
as well as a property of Teehankee situated in San Juan City.

Therefore this is committed to go to the Hultmans
and they did not object when asked about the possibility
of giving Mr. Teehankee pardon.

The Hultmans thought there was remorse on the part of Mr. Teehankee,
he has served his time and therefore they did not object
when they were asked during the processing of his papers
whether they have any objection to the grant of executive clemency
to Mr. Teehankee. That's a major factor,"

Ermita noted that Teehankee was supposed to be released last Sept. 28
but this was carried out only last Oct. 2 so

"medyo na-late pa".

Ahhhh ganon.....

naawa ka pa yata,
dahil medyo na-delay ang paglaya ni Teehankee.
Siguro nahiya ka pa sa kanya...

ang bait mo talaga, sir!

Mrs. Hultman, interviewed by ABS-CBN in Sweden,
vehemently DENIED all of Gonzales' and Ermita's
pompous protestations:

the amount of money, that they "did not object",
and the "thoughts of remorse" of the murderer.

Her whole family is in a state of shock.

No idea, no warning at all that Teehankee would go free.
The news hit them like the proverbial ton of bricks.

Oh, and all those supposed notifications to the Hultman Family?

"Special Prosecutor Dennis Villa-Ignacio,
the lead prosecutor behind Teehankee's conviction in 1992,
said the DOJ had violated its own rules when it allowed
the release of the convicted murderer
without informing the public beforehand.

The special prosecutor also said the government failed
to issue necessary notifications to involved parties,
including the convicting judge, the offended party,
and him – the handling prosecutor.

"What's the point of creating rules
if they would not be followed anyway?"
the senior state prosecutor commented."

And by the way,
in case you're a believer in serendipity:

GMA was an Assumption classmate of a sister of Teehankee's;
and Manuel, a younger brother,
was a Department of Justice (!) U.Sec in her Administration.

Lousy Liars,
Insensitive Idiots,
Cruel Cretins,
Heartless Sh*ts!!!

Macapagal-Arroyo, Gonzales, and Ermita,

I pray that none of your children or grandchildren
get killed like Maureen Hultman.

But I will pray that all three of you
get your own special place in Hell.

Huwag na kayo maghabol sa Langit!!!

Gonzales is the ever loyal dog of GMA. That DOG has in fact been cited for contempt by the Supreme Court years ago. I wonder if GMA and Gonzales will be like Marcos when they will die. Matagal ng patay, ayaw pang maagnas. I know that hell will deny them passport. More so in heaven.
