i'm not sure if you're serious, but i am - to my shame - a closet rick astley fan myself. I have a hidden playlist in my ipod with most of his popular hits and can sing to most of them without a copy of the lyrics.

Major LOL. this was one of the best and most hilarious posts i've ever read! Rick Astley. that guy never fails to put some groove on Roderick Paulate whenever he hears the song "never gonna give you up". heck, i even know the dance steps! LOL.
Although I spent most of the 80's as a toddler, I'm a great fan of the songs of this decade! I'm a fan of Rick Astley (kahit na chismis na gay siya!)His songs are classics. Can you imagine how a frail looking English lad could have a powerful voice.
Duran Duran, Toto (they touch down here in Cebu, too) and Swing out Sister (my personal fave) are also coming! Iba talaga ang 80's!
I was at the Lost 80's concert in Araneta last night (When in Rome, Real Life and Flock of Seagulls) and they showed a series of ads for the next upcoming 80's concerts in Manila -- Thompson Twins, Wang Chung, General Public, etc. Then suddenly we hear "Never Gonna Give You Up" and on the video screen we see Rick Astley dancing -- and the whole female audience at Araneta erupts into shrieks and screams! Yes!!! It's confirmed!!! Rick Astley is coming to Manila!!!!
