another JDV machination that effectively
dooms this year's version of the annual
impeachment effort versus Mrs. Arroyo.

And since BEYONCE arrived yesterday
for her one-night concert at The Fort tonight,
the temptation for the "cutest" headline ever
was, well, to quote Jessica Simpson:
IRRESISTIBLE!




What's not-so-cute about today's frontpage?
That topmost banner about Erap not closing doors
or something come 2010...

and if by some piece of really dumb luck,
we get another Estrada Presidency in three years
(President Jinggoy?!?!?! *shudder!*),
well, that's a nightmare I refuse to consider.
