BUTTER BURGER!!!

I finally tried making this at home
a couple of weeks ago;



fry or grill a half-pound all-beef burger,
lightly toast the burger bun,

and right before "meat insertion",
lubricate the bun's slit with

TWO TABLESPOONS of
FRESH ANCHOR BUTTER...




The result looked exactly like the picture above,
from the inventor of the Butter Burger,
SOLLY's of Wisconsin,

"the butter pours into your mouth on the first bite"!!!



I'm still recovering.

That looks deadly. I had something very close to that just this morning. I call it "Buttered Liver".

Buttered Liver: Cram a spoon of liver spread and a teaspoon(or more) of Anchor Butter (salted) into a small pandesal.

Really creamy and tasty. Great while watching chinese kungfu movies in the morning.
