The Return of MANILA BEER!!!

Maligayang Araw ng Maynila!!!

Somewhere,
Mon Fernandez is smiling:

once upon a time,
when real Pinoys still dominated the PBA,

after the Toyota basketball team broke up,
El Presidente became the MVP of Asia Brewery's Manila Beer team,

while his then arch-rival as the alpha male of the league,
Robert Jaworski, became the playing coach of Gilbey's Gin.

Now,
just in time for Manila Boy's Manila Day, Manila Beer is back,

and,
The Big J will be the adviser of the new Meralco team in the PBA.

I'll Drink To That!!!

baka hinaharang ng san miguel, they have been known to play dirty when it comes to beer. remember how they kept asia brewery bottles out of circulation para maipit ang competensya?

This time, they've got it right...the light bitter taste of an all-malt ale..manila beer. though you still have to look around for it. not readily available from your suki sari-sari stores. Cheers!!!

meh., watered down beer imo.

closest local beer with real taste is cervesa negra. Pilsners are frackin light.. like some girls drink. You want real beer? have a bottle of Rogue Dead Guy Ale or a Kwak.. you wont go back. Sanmigs, redhorse, manila beer are very much Call center drinks.. cheap frills for instant intoxication. Very much a reflection of what they are.

Yes San Miguel maybe the best but I've tasted Manila beer myself and its good. People now has an alternative for a quality beer that is not too bitter and easy to drink. Same alcohol content as San mig light (green variant) and red horse beer (red variant).

I've also have to praise the packaging. First on the country.

Manila Beer is the first and only 100% Malt Beer...walang daya.... so guys read the label and taste the big difference.... lahat ng beer sa market is only 60% malt. So why spend on beer that is not 100% malt. Germany purity law states that the only contents of Beer is Malt, Hops and water nothing else.... Google it ... Beer is best serve straight from the bottle ice cold... remember don't out ice. it's like putting more ice on your favorite soda...tumatabang....

Have you seen the packaging of manila beer.... it's totally different.... lahat ng beer nasa amber bottle...almost... but Manila beer is bottle for perfection.... clear flint bottle... hawakan nyo ang bote sakto and grip at ang name naka embose sa bottle....that's why is called " the first and only super premium beer"....tama ang tag line nila...lakas na walang sabit....
and the best part is kahit gaano kadami mainom mo pag gising sa umaga walang hangover.....di gaya ng iba.......
