MID-AFTERNOON in the GARDEN of GOOD and EVIL
A couple of days ago, I honored my dear old dad's birthday
by paying a visit to his mausoleum at Manila's North Cemetery.
It was a dreary, overcast, windswept day,
perfect for a walk along its chiaroscuro pathways;
the cemetery is a photographer's paradise,
overflowing with representations and lamentations
of Philippine History and Filipino Families.
