Palakasan ng HANGIN....

"In the 1965 elections,
my dad spanked your dad's ass sooo bad!"

'tis the season for ARID WINDS
and GUSTS OF HOT AIR.

On the eve of the February 12 deadline
for the filing of certificates of candidacy
for SENATOR,

GMA has fielded perhaps the weakest-ever
Administration Senatorial Line-up
in Philippine History.

Perhaps she really believes that :

a) the Senate won't be around for long anyway, because

b) her Congress bulldogs will ensure that the Upper Chamber
commits political Hara Kiri.

And yes, a snickering Joe de Venecia,

(trying very hard to suppress his giggles of glee)
who just two short months ago almost abolished the Senate,
actually named the official list of candidates!

Meet GMA's Dirty Dozen:

1. Zambales Governor Vic MAGSAYSAY
> included for voters who have a blank space
left on their ballots and then look for the 1st
recognizable name to fill in their List of 12.
Some people may think old Ramon is still alive...

2. Mike DEFENSOR
> Mr. Conciliatory Cliche,
whose orthodontic braces seem to be a permanent youthful affectation,
somehow managed to produce a campaign commercial
that makes him look like Super Inggo.
> The director and cinematographer were probably friends of Chiz.

3. Tito SOTTO
> EEEK Bulaga!
Wasn't he supposed to be Loyal to Erap?
Whaddaf is he doing here?
Oh Yes... he's a comedian, after all!
> if I hear that icky "TitoSen" nickname one more time...

4. Tessie AQUINO-Oreta
> Recycling really is in...
the Senate awaits the return of its 2001's
Impeachment Trial Dancing Queen!
> the question is:
did Erap step on her toes?

5-6. Reps. Juan Miguel ZUBIRI & Prospero PICHAY
> The CHA-CHA Bulldogs wil act as JDV's "moles"
to ensure that the Senate self-destructs in 5 seconds...

7. Gov. Chavit SINGSON
> I look forward to his first boxing match with Jinggoy!

8. Edgardo ANGARA
> still harboring wet dreams of the Presidency, i guess.
I mean to say, his eyes get moist whenever he hears
the word "President"!

9-10. Ralph RECTO & Joker ARROYO
> i must confess that for the first time,
i now look at my former idol Joker Arroyo
and see an opportunistic TRAPO.
Nakakahawa nga siguro ang apelyido na yan!

as for Ralph?
VILMA would be an even better RECTO in the Senate.
at the very least, she can teach Tessie Aquino-Oreta
some real Ate Vi dance steps!!!

11. Leyte Gov. Jerico PETILLA
> WHO HE??!??!?!
the poor sacrificial lamb!
someone's got to end up in last place, after all.

12. A SURPRISE!!!
> according to JDV,
we'll find out tomorrow when the candidate
shows up at the Comelec.
> Will it be:
RICHARD GOMEZ?
EDU MANZANO?
CESAR MONTANO?

OR...

MANNY PACQUIAO??
