No Yolk, NO YOLK!!!
Start spreading the news,
I'm eating today...
I'll only eat a part of egg,
No Yolk, No Yolk!!
Our famous family cook,
APO CION,
makes this version of scrambled eggs
whenever she bakes an batch of her humongous ensaymadas.
Since her recipe only calls for the yolks,
we usually have a gallon bottle of the eggwhites left over.
So she sautees onions,
drops in the albumin,
and comes up with one of the few "healthy" treats
that comes out of her kitchen!
non sequitur:
Sir Paul's working title for "Yesterday"
when he was composing it?
Scrambled Eggs,
all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
Oh, I believe in Scrambled Eggs
