I had absolutely zero expectations about this movie;
somehow, I totally missed out on it,
despite it being director Judd Apatow's follow-up to
THE 40-YEAR OLD VIRGIN.

Maybe because the movie's marketing team decided
to use this poster below instead of the image above:



a totally unattractive dude with "man boobs" to boot,
but thanks to a lot of booze and an underperforming condom,

our loser/hero
ends up surprising this babe with a baby!





I really thought that this movie
would be a completely crass comedy
a la American Pie,
all toilet humor and overused, oversexed jokes.




Instead,
it turns out to be the wittiest, sweetest comedy
about pregnancy
since John Hughes' seminal She's Having A Baby.

the best film ever about a pothead internet porn fanatic

transforms him from slacker to father!
