"Malacañang clarified on Wednesday
that the Iglesia Ni Cristo Day it declared for July 27
would be a special "working" holiday.

Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita
made the clarification after the Palace on Tuesday
issued conflicting statements about the holiday."
